At GMi, employee safety is job one. Our employees are our most valuable asset; that is why we believe that safety is not just a slogan it is a way of life.

GMi’s dedication to safety starts with a Personal Protective Equipment Program for all employees. We feel that safety education is an essential part of a successful business. Comprehensive training programs are standard requirements performed by OSHA certified safety consultants that work conscientiously with GMi’s Safety Director. We perform inclusive jobsite safety inspections at random jobsites on a daily basis to ensure the safety of our employees, as well as other trades involved with the projects. Job specific safety plans and training are a widespread practice. Weekly “Tool Box Topics” are held on all jobsites. We also encourage a drug free work place through random and post accident drug screening.
